Therapeutic Treatment Fund
In 1998, Koinonia established the Therapeutic Treatment Fund. This essential fund provides financial assistance to individuals who can greatly benefit from specialized therapies, counseling, medical equipment, educational and recreational programs, and other activities that add to the quality of life. The fund is also available to those in emergency situations. Your support to the Therapeutic Treatment Fund will help a variety of needs including:
• Medical equipment (wheelchairs, walkers, etc.)
• Eyeglasses
• Membership fees (YMCA, sport leagues, etc.)
• Participation fees for classes (music, art, dance)
• Entertainment (movies, Cedar Point, etc.)
• Clothing and shoes
• Appliances and furniture
Support is accepted in the form of cash, checks, money orders, memorials, honorariums, appreciated securities and planned giving donations.
