Our organization has established separate LLC divisions that operate under the
auspices of Koinonia Homes, Inc. according to service type and funding stream:
Koinonia Homes, Inc.
Oversees three licensed waiver residential and 50 supported living sites and
3 host home sites
Koinonia Community Services, LLC
Oversees nine ICF/DD sites under contract with the Cuyahoga County Board of
Developmental Disabilities
Koinonia Partners Unlimited, LLC
Oversees nine private ICF/DD sites
Koinonia Enterprises, LLC
Oversees operations of The Center for Day, Vocational and Career Services
