Waiver Services
Waiver services are available in licensed and unlicensed supported living sites based on an individual’s interests and level of supports needed to be successful.
Current supported living sites are located in the following communities:
Bedford, Broadview Heights, Brooklyn, Brooklyn Heights, Cleveland, Cleveland Heights, East Cleveland, Euclid, Garfield Heights, Lakewood, Maple Heights, Middleburg Heights, Parma, Parma Heights, Rocky River, Shaker Heights, and South Euclid.
IO Waiver residential sites are located in the following cities:
- Granger House, Garfield Heights
- Leans House, Garfield Heights
- The Way, South Euclid
